Burn your Feed with FeedBurner FeedBuner is a FREE service that allows you to put your feed in front of more viewers. You can read all about Feedburner here. First-things-first - head over to FeedBurner and create your account, it only takes a couple of minutes. Once your account is setup, simply "burn your feed" by typing the URL of your blog on the home page of FeedBurner. FeedBurner will then provide you with the direct link to your blogs feed - go ahead and copy that now. Log into your Blogger account and click on Settings in your dashboard. At your Settings page, click on the Site Feed menu. I would suggest setting the "Allow Blog Feed" to full. This means that anyone who subscribes to your sites feed will see the entire article in their newsreader. This is just common courtesy in my opinion - don't make your readers do more work than they have to. Most people happen to be turned off by a shortened article feed anyhow… our purpose is to pull in more readers, not lose them. Next, paste your FeedBurner feed into the "Post Feed Redirect URL" option. This is the link to your sites feed that you burned just a short while ago. Once you're done with that, save your settings. Your Blogger blog has been setup with a full RSS feed, and you are helping your cause out by using the FeedBurner service to get your articles in front of more viewers. We are moneymaking machines after all… aren't we? Now head over to your blog template. Your blogs feed is ready to be consumed by the hungry vultures that are your readers. But in order to give them what they want, you have to expose it to the world. You should be looking at your blogs layout now - click on Add a Page Element and choose the Feed option. Simply paste your FeedBurner link here and save your changes. I recommend moving your RSS link to a highly visible area of your page - near the top. Ok, you're done! Luckily for us, WidgetBucks and Blogger make it a very straightforward process. Let's start by logging into our WidgetBucks accounts and click on the New Widget button in the menu. This will bring us to the Customize Your Widget page. From here you simply create a name for your widget, point it to the page you're going to place it, customize the design, and finally select what type of product you want served. Once you're set just press the Get code button and copy the HTML/JavaScript. Don't worry - like everything else we do around here - you don't need to know anything about HTML or JavaScript to start making money. But you do have to know how to copy and paste! Mais juste comme importantes que les annonces elles-mêmes sont les couleurs. Si vous êtes un ventilateur de Boston Red Sox (ventilateurs désolés de Yankee) vous n'allez pas au parc de Fenway habillé dans le rose chaud. Les chances sont vous révéleront dans les couleurs d'équipe - blanches, rouges, et le bleu. Blogger offers some simple "out of the box" solutions for placing AdSense on our sites. We'll learn eventually that these aren't the only options, and that's what makes Blogger so incredibly flexibile (dare I say… sexy!). Today though, we're going to look at some of the simple built in options that Blogger provides so we can start making money with AdSense. After you log into your Blogger account, head on over to the Layout screen and select the "Add a Page Element". If you have no idea what I'm talking about (I get that look sometimes), you can easily catch up by heading over to my prior article: Placing AdSense on Your Blog . Once you have the layout options open, go ahead and click on the "Add to Blog" under the Adsense section. You're presented with the all-mighty AdSense Configuration screen. When you pull down the Format list, we're given many AdSense options with all sorts of size configurations. Out of the box, Blogger gives us three main AdSense options. In the Google AdSense world these are better known as: AdSense for Content. In a nutshell - they're ads that are text and link driven (There are actually images too. Those don't come out of the box but we'll see how we can do that in the near future). They allow us to put ads on our site that will target the content we have written about. (Don't know much about AdSense? No problem, check out: What is AdSense? ) Here's what a sample ad unit (300 x 250) looks like: And here is a sample link unit (160 x 90): It's important to note that Google's Program and Policy states we can put up to three ad units and three link units on any page. Besides, we wouldn't want to bombard our audience with ads everywhere. We want to make money from our blog but we also want to create an enjoyable experience with quality content . Play around with the different format options. Get a feel for the different shapes and sizes that Blogger AdSense options have to offer. We'll take a closer look at the color options for our AdSense in the next article.

In the Getting Started series of articles (links on the right side of this page, if you missed them - shame on you), we learned a little bit about AdSense. We learned that Google AdSense could help us earn money from blogging. You probably saw the words money and blogging and feverishly read on to other articles, but hold on cowboy (or cowgirl)! This isn't a get rich quick scheme. We need to educate ourselves and today we're going to do just that. AdSense is a free Google program that allows site owners to earn money from ads. What's great about these ads is that they're targeted to your content. The AdSense actually "crawls" your text and from there determines what ads are best suited for your website. How cool is that? So if you have a blog about cars, well you're going to get ads targeting car subjects. Well that's fine and dandy but how do we generate money off of these ads? I'm glad you asked. The answer is both simple and complex. I'll keep this article simple and save the complex for the future. But in a nutshell - you make money from people who click on your AdSense ads. That's it! Really! But users have to purchase something on the advertising site before we make money, right? No! That's what makes this program wonderful. Enfin et surtout, nous avons voulu une stratégie saine pour présenter nos annonces. Nous n'avons pas voulu qu'elle ressemblât à votre fête d'anniversaire doigt-peinture-orientée quand vous aviez neuf ans - ainsi nous avons suivi le conseil de Google et avons mis nos annonces où les lecteurs peuvent les voir. Félicitations ! Vous êtes sur votre chemin à gagner l'argent avec votre blog. Ce ne va pas être un succès durant la nuit mais coller autour et nous y arriverons. As you can see from the picture at the left, by simply clicking on the "insert jump break" button, you can break your long post into two parts and create a "Read more" link after you have published the post. But before you can use the function, you will need to enable it at the "Setting">>"Basic" as shown in the picture below: After you reach the "Setting">>"Basic" page, scroll down to the bottom mos of the page and you will find the options as shown in picture below: Select the option "Updated editor". You can now enjoy the new function at your "New post" page. Hope you can follow the simple steps and enable the new jump break function. Learn Affiliate Marketing Lesson Why Content Is king? This short lesson is for all new affiliate marketers who just setup there first blog, or website, and are wondering how to get free organic traffic from the search engines. Why content is king online? Its very simple - When Google or any other major search engine crawls your website such as Bing, or MSN. They are looking for content related to whatever your website is about. Here are a few tips for you affiliates to rank high in the search engines. 1. Have quality incoming links pointing at your website, or blog. Only link to sites with a page rank higher than yours. Try to make sure the websites, or blogs you link to are related to yours. Try not to link your website to niches not related to yours. If your blog, or website, is in the make money at home niche your gonna want to get backlinks to other make money at home niche websites. You do not want to be getting irrelevant backlinks for example how to lose weight etc.. Relevance is key! 2. Why content is king? The more content you have the better. A lot of the top blogs on the Internet out there rank highly, and have tons of traffic is because they add content to there website regularly. They have a lot of backlinks, and a high page rank, which equals traffic. And traffic equals money. Affiliate tip: So the more relevant content you have the more your website will show up in the search engines for your various keyword terms. 3. If you want your website, or blog to earn some good money online. Then you should keep updating your content, collect backlinks from relevant sites, and make sure your sprinkling your keywords throughout your text. 4. Affiliate Tip: Very important - Make sure you make a website on something that interests you, or that you know a lot about. Remember: You have to keep updating your website - So make sure you have plenty to talk about on that particular niche. 5. If you run into a roadblock - And you have run out of things to write about don't worry it happens! It happens to all of us, there are things called PLR articles out there for you to use. They come in extremely handy, you can submit them to article directories such as Articlesbase, or Goarticles, for some juicy backlinks. Another option is to rewrite the articles to make them 30% unique and place them on your website, or blog, so they will not be considered duplicate content. Tip: Here's a cool website that I use that has thousands of these articles. Its cheap to - Only like 20 bucks for tons of great content 1000's articles in there database. Imagine Being Able To Do Anything You Wanted In Life What Would You Do Entrepreneurs? That is the power of the Internet and starting your own money making venture online. What would you do if you had so much money you did not have to worry about bills, a mortgage you cant afford, a car payment, utilities, what if you didn't have to look at a price tag again, you just buy it! Online Affiliate Lessons Do's And Dont's Find Out From My Own Personal Experiences Here's Some Quick Tips: Affiliate Training What Works What Doesn't? 1.  Don't: I would not recommend spending hours, and hours surfing traffic exchanges. The traffic doesn't convert very well. Tip: It can be effective if your just trying to build up an email list though - but your better off paying the $5.00 or $10.00 dollars a month for their guaranteed traffic. Traffic splash is a pretty good one for building up an email list. 2. Don't: Paying for guaranteed traffic: An example would be 10,000 guaranteed visitors for say $10.00. What I found - save your money I can almost guarantee you will not get 1 paying customer out of those 10,000 visitors. Tip: So save your affiliate money, and use it on something that actually works!  3. Do: This is a relatively new technique I picked up not to long ago: I use this on a social networking website I like to use for affiliate marketing purposes. The website I am speaking of is called myyearbook they let you add affiliate links on your profile page! Tip: You can also add friends very easily, I use the match toolbar to build up my friends list.  Here's  a cheap secret once you build up your friends list somewhat, you can become a gold member for like $10.00 a month. This allows you to send mass messages to everyone on your friends list at once. Sort of like a side email list , use this to your advantage! 4. Do: Pay Per Click - If you have the extra money to spend and your a beginning, intermediate, or advanced affiliate marketer. I would always recommend one of the big 3 to spend your advertising dollars on. Google, Yahoo, or Msn now known as Bing. If your a beginner, PPC can be extremely expensive if you don't know what your doing. Tip: Try to find a keyword phrase that is highly targeted to whatever product your marketing. Spend the least amount possible with your cost per click costs. Find out if that keyword phrase is profitable - if it is stick with that keyword phrase. If it's not research another keyword phrase to use. 5. Do: Please take advantage of article marketing - It's free targeted traffic, though its time consuming it is well worth the effort. Advantages: When you write a quality article people look at you as the expert. Plus you get high pageranked links pointing at your website if you have one. Here is how I build quality high page rank backlinks by using Alexa. Now add your website to as many links as possible that are linking to that website. These highly ranked websites have a high Google page rank for a reason. High quality links, and relevant content. You can use this tip for any high page ranked website related to yours that you want to easily build up quality back links for. Use this $$money$$ making tip and your blog, or website, will be climbing the Google rankings in no time. Before you know it your website will be ranking very highly for some great money making phrases, that you can earn some free quality traffic, and extra cash with.
